Q. How do I know the best size for me?

A. We realize it's tricky when you shop online to know exactly how something will fit. That's why we have a great size guide for you to refer to. Nothing is an exact size science but we think this is a really good guide to know how our Sakora Linn collections will be the best size for you.  

Q. Can I place my order over the phone?

A. We think ordering online is so easy peasy, however, we know we have those shoppers who are more traditional and love to place their orders over the phone. You can definitely do that! Just pop over to our Customer Service page, submit your order request in the form provided and one of our customer service helpers will give you a call and take care of everything. When you want to check your order placed online, just head over to your My Account page, log into your account and navigate to your order history.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?

Online Sakora Linn accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit or credit card payments and we also happily accept your PayPal orders too. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. Watch for Apple Pay coming in 2018.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Due to the requirements of the US tax laws, anyone shopping with us that resides in Arizona or will pay sales tax in addition to shipping fees. Anyone outside of Arizona pays to ship only, no sales tax.

Q. Do you offer gift e-cards?

A. We do! Our exclusive Sakora Linn gift e-cards never expire and can be redeemed for any item on our website - anytime. E-cards are not eligible for redemption at any Sakora Linn special event or pop-up shop. Buying for a friend? We'll notify you and the lucky recipient how to redeem your gift card via email.

Q. What about promo codes; how do I redeem those?

A. Periodically Sakora Linn will offer our shoppers a special, limited time discount code to be used on a particular collection or item on this website. Promo codes will be announced via our email newsletters, our Cherry Blossom blog and on our social media outlets. You will redeem your special code at checkout. Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items. Promo codes do not apply to shipping and handling fees.

Q. I made a mistake with my order; what do I do?

A. We want every Sakora Linn customer to be super excited with their order but sometimes we know something happens and you need to either change or cancel your order. We understand things can occur but in order to switch things quickly or cancel your purchase, you will want to contact our customer service office ASAP. Details on how to reach them can be found on our Customer Service page.

Q. Tell me again how I track my order?

A. Congratulations! You're a part of our Sakora Linn boutique family now! Within a few moments of processing your order online and our payment system verifying funds, you will receive an email notification to the email address you entered on your order. Sometimes we have been told order notifications can land in your 'junk' or 'spam' folder (definitely with Gmail FYI) so be sure to look there - if you do not receive an email confirmation contact us right away so we can look into the matter.

Returns

Q. I need to return an item, what can I do?

A. Just check with all our return policies on the Returns & Exchanges page. 

Q. There's something I really wanted but it's out of stock? Now what?

A. No worries! Anytime you love an item on the Sakora Linn boutique website and it's out of stock, just select "notify me" where indicated on that product page and as soon as we have restocked we'll email you right away!
