Be sure to check every item when you receive it to confirm there are no damages or defects. We do not honor any return request after 14 days from the time our customer service office can confirm receipt of delivery.
Any item received with verifiable damages will be issued a full refund. All approved refund items are to be sent to our order fulfillment center in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will be emailed repacking instructions.
Any non-damaged, pre-approved refund will be given in the form of a store credit; this credit will be granted in either an e-card to be used anytime on this website or an individual shopper’s code; this will be at the discretion of our customer service office.
Our inventory is always fluctuating and we cannot guarantee that we’ll have your item in stock for an exchange. We honor exchange requests by issuing credit for the cost of the original item purchased.
E-gift cards, final sale items or final markdowns are not eligible for exchange. Unless pre-approved as damaged; leggings, swimwear, or any jewelry item are not eligible for exchange.
Items that smell of smoke, perfume or other odors, have animal hair, makeup, deodorant or stains will not be eligible for any exchange. Customers who return items back to us with these issues will need to make arrangements for those items to be returned back to them and they will be subject to additional shipping costs. If arrangements are not made after 14 days they will be donated to a charity.
