Be sure to check every item when you receive it to confirm there are no damages or defects. We do not honor any damage or defect return request after 14 days from the time our customer service office can confirm receipt of delivery.
Any item received with verifiable damages will be issued a full refund. All approved refund items are to be sent to our order fulfillment center in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will be emailed repacking instructions.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Be sure to retain your tracking number when shipping items back to us. We cannot issue a refund for any items that are lost in transit back to us.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition with tags attached.
